Hello everyone. We are pleased to announce that our tests have passed successfully on all fronts and that we are ready to merge & swap. We will be conducting one more round of safety tests tomorrow (May 2) starting at 8am UTC, before commencing the mainnet deployment on the Polygon (MATIC) blockchain at 1pm UTC. Hello everyone. Yesterday during preliminary tests on the Polygon testnet, we found that we could optimize the functionality of the swap tool further and have been doing so since. We will be completing this today and will then proceed with the deployment. On a nicer note, we are pleased to announce that we have successfully conducted the swap on the testnet! The swap chain vote has ended. Polygon (Matic) will be used to merge and swap all contracts to the new token. The swap & merge is expected to take place on April 28 at 1pm UTC. Hello everyone. Due to some complications with Crex24 and some shortfalls on deadlines to prepare necessary elements post-swap, the swap will take place on the original date of April 28. The merge of the $ITON, $ITO and $IUT contracts is on track to be conducted on March 30, 2022. The supply snapshot of each contract will be conducted 24 hours before the migration. The new contract is expected to be deployed to the following EVM-based blockchains: Ethereum + Optimistic Ethereum (ETH) Huobi ECO Chain (HT) Fantom (FTM) Polygon/Matic (MATIC) Avalanche (AVAX) Xdai (STAKE) Harmony (ONE) Celo (CELO) Moonriver (MOVR) Crypto.com Chain (CRO) Velas (VLX) IoTeX (IOTX) SmartBCH (BCH) MoonBeam (GLMR) Evmos (Cosmos) Aurora (NEAR) It is possible that other EVM-compatible chains will be supported before or following the migration. The swap will feature the full migration and merge of the existing contracts & supplies to a singular governance token with multiple use-cases (predominantly enabling the DAO) within the new ecosystem, which will be unveilled at the time of the swap. A poll will be created to determine the default chain for the supply swap. Holders can use evm-supported wallets such as metamask.io to be able to utilize interoperability with the default chain and other supported chains. It is highly recommended to transfer your tokens to an evm-supported wallet prior to the swap, however if you choose not to do so you will still be able to access your tokens by importing the private key of the address currently storing your tokens to an evm-based wallet following the swap.
